The suction power is outstanding, picking up dust, pet hair, and debris from both hard floors and carpets with no issues. The self-emptying dock is a huge convenience and saves a lot of time. Navigation is accurate, and the robot maps rooms efficiently without missing spots. The mopping feature is also a great bonus for keeping floors looking fresh between deep cleanings. I bought this not even a month ago and I’m obsessed! I have 1 dog, 1 cat, and a dog that im watching for a couple of months and I have not been comfortable to walk barefoot on my floors because they stay icky due to puppy paws and shedding. I love how this vacuum/mop cleaned my floors in the first use! I was AMAZED! It gets under the snake enclosures and as close to corners as it can. We use other Bissell products so we knew we could count on this to work and man did it deliver! Now I don't think robot vacuums will always be 100% perfect but this is pretty good, I think it's quiet, I can use my phone to navigate, pick a room and it'll go there ,mop or vacuum. When max is on hardwood mopping and senses rug, his mop pads lift up and go onto carpet, it senses stairs and has mapped my entire upstairs, it reads the room pretty good and gets all that dust and hairs that blow around every day using his swing out spinning arm grabbing anything in its path, he doesn't like to eat cords, so you might want to move them out of way or he'll get tangled. You can use app to x out that spot were cords are, the mop solution smells so good, battery lasts a while, when he needs to refill he heads back into his machine, refill and empties on his own, i love using him every day.
