This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. I think this is a terrific mattress for the price. It looks and feels well-made and it's very comfortable, supportive, and soft to the touch. It was easy to slice open the plastic wrapping it came in without fear of touching the mattress with a sharp edge because a special little tool is provided to do exactly that. And it was fairly easy to maneuver it around by myself to get it centered on the bed slats.
