I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. We are very happy with our Backyard Discovery Beaumont 14x12 pergola! The only negative would be the time it took to arrive, which was about six weeks. This gazebo came well packaged. The instructions were spot on and we had it done in 14 hours. It is very sturdy and well thought out. I suggest that you seal the wood before putting it together as others have said. We mounted this to a pre- existing concrete patio. The mounting bolts were a little small so we changed out the way we mounted it to the slab. This thing is not moving! I had one missing part and I called them on a Sunday and a holiday weekend at that and they answered. I gave them the serial number and the part number and the gal said it will arrive in 2-5 days. Also the boxes are delivered with box 3 on top which is good to access the installation instructions but the floor is in box 1 where we started. Screws and parts were in packages that didn’t match the instructions. Had to play hunt and seek for everything. The truss information in the instructions were wrong as only two trusses had the notch for the door but no reference for the other 2 matching trusses we had so ended up instead of removing the whole roof and taking an additional 4 hours we had to adjust the trusses for the door manually to accommodate the door swing - why all trusses aren’t the same is beyond me or the instructions were better.
