This is a high-efficiency condensing indoor natural gas tankless water heater designed for continuous hot water. The built-in recirculation pump with auto-learning programming not only provides instant hot water but also only provides it when needed. Industry-leading low flow activation with a minimum flow rate and minimum activation flow rate of .50GPM. Ultra-low NOx burner meets SCAQMD rule requirements of safety for low emissions. Additional safety features include a flame sensor, overheat cut-off switch, gas and water leak detectors, and exhaust and water temperature sensors. Venting up to 100’ with 3” PVC or up to 50’ with 2” PVC pipe. Can be used with up to 5 bathrooms depending on inlet temperature; .94UEF (.96EF Canada), 180,000 BTU efficiency for the 10 GPM models, and 199,000 BTU efficiency for the 11 GPM models. Professional installation is required otherwise warranty is void. Warranty: 12-year heat exchanger, 5 yr parts, and 1 yr labor.

I love this tower! Moved laundry to the first floor from the basement in a 100yo home. They nicely fit into a closet and are quiet and very efficient. Only 2 tbs of detergent needed, if you use too much you’ll get a notification for the app. Oh that’s great too, the app also alerts you when the washer and dryer are done or if there are any problems. Make sure they are properly installed, the dryer needs to have drainage. The guy who installed mine hadn’t installed an electric heat pump dryer yet and didn’t realize which led to a build up of water in the washer pan and the clothes would be damp. After spending a substantial amount of time reading reviews and product ratings for several 40 gallon gas water heaters, I selected this unit which was on sale for a competitive price. All my appliances are the GE brand and have been very reliable over time. Most big box brands only come with a 6-year tank warranty although upgradeable at an extra charge. Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. Also, The toilet seat is very easily scratched, in the month since it’s been installed and I wonder if there is a way to replace it in the future, if needed. And it looks amazing in the room!.
