The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement. Needs to be packaged better. Tank lid came in broken. Wayfair replaced the whole toilet instead of just the lid and again it came in with lid broken.
