Nice soft texture for an inside/outdoor carpet. It doesn't look cheap like a different one I purchased before. I bought the biggest size and have no where to lay flat and let the creases unfold until it gets warm and I can clean off driveway and take it outside. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I like this rug. It has a great weight and feels soft underfoot. It complements our casual look nicely.
