I really like the way this porcelain tile looks in my shower. Nice contrast to the tile.That being said,I was not happy with the packing and delivery of the tile! It took 3 tries to receive a full box of unbroken tiles. Not packed well!! The agents at Wayfair couldn’t have been more helpful. After second box came broken(every tile) I was assured that the next box would b usable. I was not convinced but a full box of unbroken tile showed up at my front door almost immediately. Bought sight unseen, just via computer image and crossed fingers. These are gorgeous in person. I didnt want a white floor (the dirt!) or a dark floor (the dirt!). The pattern here will go with any color grout (I suggest darker than the tiles though!) and the overall effect will, hopefully, be like...sand, the beach, the coast. We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. The shower and all its components is gorgeous and feels wonderful, but these tech issues are enough to drive you crazy, especially 18 months after install.. Cajunmeggle. Tennessee. Wed Feb 26 2025
