Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. The grill seems like it will definitely be what we are looking for. We did read reviews and they were favorable for this brand and model. We have not installed it yet since the outdoor kitchen isn’t ready for it yet. The box came damaged and the frame is bent. That was a not something we expected from a grill that cost this much..
