This is a heavy-duty pivot hinge set, is satin stamped stainless steel, used on Phenolic and Solid Plastic restroom dividers. This reinforcement lock is very good quality. It was very easy to install, although I measured wrong the first time and had to move it. This is a casement operator track that is riveted or screwed onto the bottom of a steel casement window.
