It is not as substantial as I had expected. It is represented as measuring 220 degrees but 180 would be a more accurate reflection. Someone one else may have felt the same as it arrived with the appliance being almost out of the package . For those reasons I gave it a 3, I was happy to be able to find matte black.. Cheryl.
