Works as advertised. Make sure to set the braces to the right length before putting it through your window. That will save time from adjusting it while sticking your body out of the window. Only bad part is the water that you have to drain out of it. The port where the water drains from will be on the inside. So far I’ve had to drain it after every use but that’s me being cautious.. The WiFi feature is another great addition because it allows us to control the temperature remotely from our phones, which is incredibly convenient. The energy efficiency is also noticeable, and we’re expecting savings on our utility bills compared to older systems.
