This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. I am adding more black accents throughout my home. I selected this piece for my master bath and am happy with my purchase. I took off one star because there was damage to one corner of the frame. I filled it in with a black permanent marker and you cant see the damage now. Just be aware that this picture appears online to have texture in certain areas, but it does not. Unfortunately I misread the description. I thought this was going to be 2-sided, but it's not, it's only 1-sided. So we purchased a 2nd one and will put them back-to-back. The other thing that didn't quite suit our needs is that it's flat, no pizzaz. Don't get me wrong, the trophy is exactly as pictured and a great piece.
