The vacuum was $999 on another site so I tried Wayfair. The description was confusing as to what attachments came with it and for that reason I give it 4 stars. The vacuum is perfect. I did end up buying a turbo power head from another site (having to buy a power head separately is pretty standard with these high end vacuums). I like the efficiency and endless supply of hot water. Like other hot water products the only negative is waiting for the water line to clear of cold water to clear before getting hot water. This happens for any system unless a homeowner adds a recirculation pump with a timer etc. Those additions with the extra cost are to me not worth it. The vacuum is modern and sleek looking. I wish it had a floor attachment, for a floor attachment smaller than the vacuum itself so that I can get under and around chairs, dressers, beds. What I'm using now is an old longer hose to attach to the vacuum with an old floor attachment. This combination works well for me but I would have liked it all inclusive, especially for the price.
