The chair is beautiful. It is well balanced, sturdy and stable. The seat is firm but could soften in time. Taller clients have mentioned the foot rest is a little shallow. The lift pedal raises lowers the chair well. Assembly was easy and took about 10 minutes. Added a little WD40 to enhance the chair rotation which helped it to spin a little easier. Considering the price point of this chair compared to the astronomical price point for salon chairs sold specifically to the trade, this chair is a nice option!. Wendy. St Augustine, FL.
