I bought the 11". I have used BergHOFF exclusively for 12 years. The only difference is I previously bought the BergHOFF Eurocast, from a another retailer. I even contacted BergHOFF by email, asked them if the ferno-green (ceramic), was the same. BergHOFF Eurocast has a shiny finish on top of the inner pan coating. Berghoff assured me it was in fact the same. Time will tell, 4 of my frying pans are the only ones that wore out after 10 years. Been putting off buying new ones until I found them on Wayfair. After 12 years of use, my 12 1/2 inch WOK and 1 other 12 1/2 inch frying pan plus 2 others, still look brand new. One point I will make is I have Parrots, last 30 years, this is one of the only type pan if accidentally overheated will not kill them. Teflon type pans when new or overheated , the fumes will kill any Parrot/bird you have living in your home. Pretreat the pans with vegetable oil as instructed, and periodically do it over the months and many years you have them, they are well worth the money spent.. Anonymous. South Bend, IN. Delivered today and it's fantastic! I ordered the 55" and I'm 5'5 and can fully stretch out my legs so huge plus! the curve on the back also seems very ergonomic, so I think this will be a very comfortable soaker! As far as quality, this thing seem solid. I wanted solid surface for the heat retention but bonus that this doesn't have any of the creaks/give that a fiberglass/acrylic tub has. Delivery was also very smooth, and my tub looks perfect (no marks, scratches, or other blemishes I've seen in other reviews). This set are amazing they heat up even and quickly on my induction stove. Love the weight and the clean up is nice. Just make sure to let the pans cool down before cleaning . This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty.
