The first one was the wrong size. The second came with Bullitt proof glass shattered. The third arrived in good shape. The tape materials ,The peace that goes between the door and window doesn't stick. Fixed it with strapping tape. the other tape materials that go between the pet door and the slider peals, but not between the cotton and the sticky material, but in the cotton. I prefer this to a Pet Door because of the Remote option. She did not like pushing through the pet door that I first installed, and this was a great solution at a reasonable price. I also bought a Pressure Sensitive Mat that Chimes when she is inside and approaches the door so that I know when she wants to go out. Looks well made and sturdy. The product was poorly made. I complained about the handle and door, and I just received their response. This is their reply Dear Customer, We are very sorry. After consulting with professionals, there is currently no good solution to the problem of this handle not being able to be installed. It may be due to a mistake made during manufacturing at the factory, which caused the hole to be too large, making it impossible to install the handle. You may try stuffing something into the hole or securing it in place. We sincerely apologize for this. Supplier. So Im unsure what you can or are willing to do regarding the price. Please advise. This gate is perfect and has features I didn’t even know I needed! I originally bought a pet gate from another site, that just had the bars, and no plexiglass. Unfortunately, my cat kept trying to shove his face through, and I was worried about him hurting himself. The latch could also be opened if he were to jump up and pull down on it, and the gate had a lot of play in the middle, so it would wobble back and forth. I returned it and got this gate. It took care of all of the issues I had regarding the first one! No more fear of my cat trying to push his face through the bars, the latch is cat proof, and it is much more stable! I didn’t even have to add the bonus hardware half way up to add to the stability. I also love the added feature of the door swinging both ways, as it makes it easier to keep my cat back who tries to get out at times when I am coming through the gate. Works great! My cat absolutely loves it and took to it in a day. We both appreciate that she doesn’t need my help any more getting out, as raising the window was a hassle. The ability to lock it so she can only come in makes it easy to set a time when we don’t want her to go back out while still letting her come in of her own volition. Also great that we’ll be getting fewer mosquitoes in the house. I wish there was more padding included since the knobs for extending the panels make it so that the bottom is not flush with my window. I love the new refrigerator I brought Nov 2025. I was the only refrigerator I saw that fit my small space and came in the color I wanted black stainless steel. I love the shelves and how easy they are to move and clean. The capacity inside is great for all the food I love to cook and the cooling is something I had to get used to.
