This outdoor table has been the perfect addition to our spot by the river. It's the ideal size for setting down drinks, snacks, towels, and anything else we need while relaxing by the water. It was easy to assemble, feels very sturdy, and so far has held up really well outdoors despite being exposed to the elements. We did have a small issue with the delivery, but customer service was fantastic. They responded quickly and resolved everything in no time, which made the experience much better. Love the table and bench. My grand children use it all the time for eating, painting, playing with play-doh. The chairs are hard to keep clean so scotch guard them as soon as you get them. Whatever the event, spend quality time with the family, gathering them around this Wooden Picnic Table with attached benches. The legs are made of 100% northern white cedar logs, with a pine bench and tabletop. The wood is naturally resistant to rot and insect damage. The table can be finished with a quality penetrating oil, or left to weather to a silvery gray color. Many, or most of the logs will have cracks. These cracks are called checks. Checking occurs when the logs dry and the cells shrink causing the wood to split. This does not weaken the wood. Checking helps give cedar furniture its rustic beauty.
