This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. This faucet is exactly as I hoped. It has a lovely old farmhouse look. Haven't installed if yet, but it will work beautifully with my new farm apron sink. **Update: installed and it is beautiful!
