Like other reports, we love the shower but handle and possibly the inner valve are faulty. House was completed in fall of 2020, a number of months in the handle got real loose, tightened it and stripped it and still trying to get fixed. Rrh3. MS. Tue Mar 22 2022

So realized to see the color was accurate. The shower arm was not properly described when purchased. I was SO happy to see this was a longer shower arm, since this is the look I wanted!!! Delivery was fast. It came in great condition installation was simple. Just a few things to think about. Because this has a shine and because of the gold plating I noticed hard water stains on the drain so if you are a stickler for these types of issues this is something to think about.
