I love this little machine. Picks up real well one button press and you have your hand vac. Keep in mind this is not a full size vacuum cleaner it is an auto broom. The cup is small but powerful. The product itself is great. It's exactly what I needed for my anxious dog. I purchased from Wayfair because of shipping options. I didn't want the product damaged during shipping. When the package arrived it was beat up. We had to repair ons of the latches. Purchasing from Wayfair was more expensive and I was disappointed in not only the state of the box but the communication from Wayfair. I will be avoiding purchasing anything from them in the future.
