I was looking for a 10x12 shed with the door on the wide side which was surprisingly hard to find but fortunately this fit the bill. And Wayfair had it for a very reasonable price, so win-win! For a foreign made product I was thoroughly impressed with the instructions & how clearly pieces were labeled- they were surprisingly good! Assembly was very forgiving; measurements/alignment didn't have to be perfect, there was some forgiveness built in. HOWEVER. Every. Single. Piece. of stamped sheet metal (every side panel, every roof panel, the end gables, doors, etc) had a protective plastic film on it. No big deal right? Those are held on with static electricity right? NOPE! It's really thin plastic with an obnoxious adhesive- so if you heat it up, the glue loosens but the plastic softens & tears wayyyy too easily. If you don't heat it, the adhesive is too strong and tears the plastic wayyyy too easily. So lose-lose. Like literally I would say 50% of the time I put into assembling this was excruciatingly peeling torn plastic pieces off and 50% was enjoyably screwing & bolting pieces together watching the shed actually come to life. The 3' x 3' metal storage shed is a secure place to store a range of items. It is made of durable galvanized steel, strong and reliable, and designed to last. To make the long story short, this shed was extremely easy to build! The instructions were clear and each part was properly labeled! But, for the long story, I prepared my area by making a wooden base. I laid out all the pieces from the box and the screws. Only a couple of the metal panels needed to be bent back (assuming from shipping and handling). Since each piece was labeled correctly, it made putting it together simple. I also read reviews that said it took others three hours, so I was concerned how long it may take me! In the end, it only took an hour and a half to assemble. It was light and easy to move to the are I needed it and fastened it to the base. Nothing was missing - in fact, there were a lot of fasteners left over!
