They thought of everything. The lights are Solar, which attaches to the top of the umbrella. Don’t miss this, mine almost got thrown out with the trash, cause I didn’t realize the lights were Solar. Each individual light is professionally embedded, which turn on by way of a switch at the end of the umbrella, and provides just the right ambiance. Open, the umbrella covers a large rectangle table that seats 8, with room to spare around the edges. It comes with bags I filled with sand and securely holds the umbrella in place. Absolutely love and adore. Material seems strong, it is easy to set up. The base has a bag included to where you can just fill it in with sand if chose to. Additionally, it has a solar panel on the top so the lights inside can charge. There is also a button for you to change the light color, with several options. I personally will be placing mine, over a patio table, that is rectangular in shape and sits six people. It also opens and closest easily, and the box was not heavy, one person can carry.. Valerie.
