Delivery took 6 weeks. Spa arrived crated and in great condition. Delivery guys were very helpful. It’s compatible with 120v240v and after we wired it to my 50 amp disconnect, we realized the tub comes configured for a 120v service. It took a little reconfiguring but we were able to program to 240v. After filling the spa, we noticed water pooling underneath and after inspection found several leaks coming from the led fixtures. Re fastened leds and sealed. No leaks since. Update after 4 weeks of use, the pump stopped working and currently working with manufacturer to source a new pump under the warranty.. Paul. Michigan. This hot tub is perfect for our outdoor patio. Even though it's 3 person, you could easily fit a 4th in there. The jets are strong, it was easy for my electrician husband to hard wire straight from our electrical panel. It even has blue tooth speakers built in, which I did not realize when I ordered it. The water heated up really fast - like 4-5 hours, but I am in the south, so our ground water wasn't too cold. The delivery was professional and they put it exactly where I requested. Note - it comes crated/wrapped on a pallet, so either have hand trucks, dollies or pallet jack to move it to where you want it. Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks.
