Just what I needed at an amazing price. I had to find a small model that could do both because I lack counter and cabinet space. I use this daily and it sits on my counter. The food processor fits quite a bit of food (4 cups)and also come with a shredder/slicer which is a bonus. The blender is full size. My first Cuisinart was a wedding gift and lasted over 25 years. Please keep in mind that its not REAL copper, so dont treat it like it is, otherwise they may not last as long. Although they claim to be dishwasher safe, I recommend NOT to leave them in a space where moisture (hard water) remains on the handles, otherwise theyll stain. After use, hand-wash them, dry them and put them away ... theyll look beautiful for a longer period of time. Afterall, for such a low price, they are a bargain if you treat them well. If you live hard, then splurge on the REAL GOOD stuff if you want utensil longevity. As for me im not ready to splurge just yet. Also, these are High Heat Resistant, not High Heat Proof, so dont leave your nylon non-stick utensils lingering on a hot potpan so that you dont meltdamage them - I recommend using a Spoon-Rest..
