I installed slat wood in my gym and the height was 3" short of the ceiling so I got creative. I installed this crown at the top of the panelling that served as a channel for LED color-change lighting (smart lights so I could voice control). What a great product! Lightweight and easy to cut with a fine blade in a miter saw. No chipping of finish when cutting. Installed a 13 x 13 room in under 3 hours with two people. Used the standard adhesive (blue tube) to secure it to a painted ceiling. Paint was sanded prior to installation. I was a little confused at the beginning when I got them because for some reason I thought I will get the whole square to install on the wall but they actually sent me only the corners (thank God I bought 4 of them, if you buy one piece only one corner you are going to get) and I wanted the rest of the molding to create a square on the wall. Fortunately I found the rest of the molding to make my vision happen but I have to buy it separately.
