Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. I love, love, love the sink. Originally we had a cast-iron sink that the finish was worn off of. We tried cleaning it, but this did not help even bleach did not take the stains off of the material. So we decided to put in a new sink unfortunately the sink was very large 42 to 43 inches wide so we are limited on what we could put in there. We found the sink on Wayfair. It was 42 inches wide by 22 inches. We decided to try it when the sink arrived. We looked at it and thought “oh no it’s not gonna fit” but when the plumber came, he was able to get it in and it perfectly fits. This is one of the best upgrades that we’ve done in our house. We’ve had it in for about six months and there are not any scratches or anything like that on it. The cutting board stores easily near the sink. It’s easy to clean and maintain and our whole family loves the upgraded look of the kitchen since putting in the new sink and faucet. I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too. Overalls this is a nice griddle. Well packed, but the lid did have a couple of very minor dents- not enough I’m worried about it. Assembly was what I expected. Took about an hour. Pretty solid frame overall. Lots of surface area to cook. I can’t imagine using the full surface. Seems as well made as other name brands. Only downside is burner setup *IF* you want to convert to natural gas. Side burner is connected to propane inlet, so no easy way to convert it. Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen.
