The item arrived undamaged but It appears to be reshipped, the box had been resealed. There is nothing obviously wrong, it is not damaged, it just doesn't light up. I think I would have enjoyed it if it worked. I had a very unpleasant experience trying to return it. I had to provide photos but because there is no obvious damage, they weren't accepted. I spent over an hour trying to return it. I am a long-time customer and rarely ever return items so I was insulted to be treated like a liar trying to return this item.
