This is gorgeous tile. If the company can figure out how to pack it right, it will be well worth the hassle. I got two damaged boxes, sent both back, and got the 3rd one with a few chips but nothing I couldn't live with. Wayfair representative was WONDERFUL. I felt the situation was handled professionally. Beautiful accent tile! Installation did take some time due to the weight of the tile so couldnt put it all up at once and keep the spacing in the pattern. Also due to the pattern, there was a lot of wasted cutting. Overall it was worth doing and I love it!. Anonymous. Sun Apr 05 2026
