Did quite a bit of research for an ergonomic chair for my home office and finally settled on this one. Easy to put together. I have used it 2 days now and I really like it. Arms, height are adjustable and the back can be locked so it doesnt tilt back. Wasnt sure if I would like the back but it is very comfortable and makes me sit up straight. Highly recommend.. Carrie.
