I was shocked (though I obviously shouldn't have been) to see that the water and electrical hookups had moved completely, making the install much more complicated for me. On the other hand, the newer leveling procedure is much nicer. Of course, we're still just getting used to it, but I fully expect this new Benchmark version to last at least as long as the old "800" model did, and be just as easy to live with. (Full disclosure, the old one would still be running fine if "someone" hadn't taken a tumble on the open door!) So far, my only quibble (and it's a large one) is that the Delay Start button has been moved to ONLY the app and is no longer on the control panel. At least let it be part of your Favorites settings! It is a very nice piece of equipment, with just a few comments. First, the microwave function is very quiet, a plus. However, the internal vent fan is very loud. More to the point, while air blows out the top vent, there is very little flow into the two-under vent portals, not very efficient removing smoke and odors. The control and number pad is very difficult to read in normal light. Either the text needs to stand out more, or ideally it would be better if illuminated. Well, I purchased this oven after getting one like it for our fifth wheel. This particular model say rotisserie and has the motor for it and the setting...but no hardware for it. Rather upsetting since oven was not cheap, and usually Wayfair has great quality control. The one in our rig doesnt have that setting, whereas this one does. Just not very happy that it did not have the clamps to use the rotisserie. Update: I contacted customer support, and after pointing out item description did list rotisserie spit set, they issued a new item to me, spit included. I'm very pleased and after finally using this oven, I highly recommend it. Update I reached out to Wayfair...first told rotisserie spit set not included in description....but it WAS included in items with this oven. Wayfair, being the Wayfair we all love..has already shipped out another oven. Told me manufacturer didnt have any extra rotisserie spit sets available. Wow...way to go Wayfair!!!. Lynn.
