This is my first rug purchase made online. It works in my space beautifully! At first it seemed more bold of a pattern because of all the black in it but I rotated the rug because there was less black on the other side of it and that worked much better. I needed something thin that would still allow my office chair to roll over it freely, and this fir the bill. I like the nice subtle design. It really balances out the darkness of my wood paneled room with the more contemporary light colored and metal furniture. It really ties the room together. It also cleans up easily - no issues with any of my vacuums. Though it is somewhat thin, it's still heavy enough to stay put when vacuuming. I deducted one star because I noticed after about a year or so, the rug started losing its shape ever so slightly in the area where my chair rolls around. Like it was bubbling/warping a bit. I am just beginning my "redo" project, so can't attach photos of the completed project until the house is painted and larger rugs are ordered and delivered. I looked at every online sales site for area rugs, but kept coming back to this one. Finally I ordered the smallest available since if I didn't like it, returning would be easier. I don't just like it, but LOVE it! The rug feels so good under foot, and brightens the room considerably. Our house is what we call "Fifty Shades of Tan," and this rug has enough of a tan hint that it's a perfect compliment to our floors.
