I owned this same Rohl faucet for several years and when I finally had to replace it due to a plumbing problem that caused the unit to lock up, I came online to try to find the same one. This one is an updated model and it's just as beautiful as my previous model. The hand-held part os slightly less bulky than the older model. I have just one complaint. I think the new model has a water saver 'aerator' in it which makes me feel like I'm having to run water for twice as long in order to do what I'm doing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this vanity because it had a little more of a high end look versus some of the others available at the big box hardware stores. I liked that it has furniture-style legs and the fact that I could select the counter top material. I chose the feathered white quartz top. It has mild veining but not too overpowering which is what I wanted. My installers did have to cut into the baseboard to get it to sit flush against the wall and I think they also had to cut into the center shelf to allow space for the plumbing. I’ve had it almost a year and the cabinet finish and the counter have held up to daily use with 4 kids. Beautiful sink and got plenty of comments on it before and just after it was installed. Still think it’s a beautiful sink but does scratch very easily. We used sink for 2 days before sink grid arrived and babied it. It still got one small scratch as cooking utensils were put at bottom of sink. It has subsequently started rusting. It is no larger than a grain of rice but is noticeable. The sink grid helped to cover it up but is still frustrating based on cost. If purchasing, make sure to get the sink grid before using.. Derek.
