This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous. This is for the tank only! The manufacturer made an error in the listing when I first purchased this toilet set. Originally I ordered what was defined as a "set". however, I only received the toilet base, no tank! After contacting Wayfair, they corrected the problem and sent the tank as well. FOR THE COMPLETE SET SEE "39676000 Essence 1.28 GPF (Water Efficient) Elongated Two-Piece Toilet (Seat Included)". The set looks quite modern and provides an up-to-date finish to my newly remodeled beautiful powder room! I love Wayfair, its outstanding selection of numerous items, and its customer service!!! The handle was slipping on my Atrio bathroom sink. For a few bucks, this provided a simple, easy fix that works perfectly. It took me and my 3-and-a-half-year-old assistant about 5 minutes to replace the old one, and most of that time was spent explaining to her how the sink worked. I was so scared this would be damaged when I opened it! It came very quickly, but when I got home the box was crushed on one side. However, when I opened it it was securely packaged and was not damaged at all!! I was SO happy! This is the tank that goes to the base I had already gotten from Wayfair. I had checked several box stores and online and Wayfair was the cheapest and fastest way to get it. I have not installed the toilet yet, as I am getting things together for a bathroom restore and so I won't be able to comment on it's actual operation at this point. But I will say the tank is small, which I really like. I also really love that the flush is on top of the tank instead of the side.
