Installation was a bit tricky as this was the first custom shower drain I have installed but I was able to figure it out. Once installed this drain is awesome. The large water collection area prevents any kind of pooling and has a luxurious feel about it. Or keep it for a 20% discount of $12. This policy is absolutely unacceptable and rather than spending more time on the phone talking with someone who “doesn’t have the authority” to offer to pay the return shipping and issue me a full refund, I will take the 20% discount and donate the item as I do not need a grab bar. Great grab bar but it came with no instructions, the cheap screws rounded out (I had to go get good hardware to install it) and the middle post is impossible to screw in properly because the decorative cover plate can't be moved far enough out of the way to allow the 2" screws to be sunk straight in.
