This new stone glass tile is designed with interlocking match, consisting of blue crystal glass and grey Natural Stone. They are waterproof, 3d texture. The color of the stone chips comes from natural stone which is random, some look gray and some are darker, we keep their nature color, and did not add any artificial dye. The surface has been polished to glossy while allowing it to be gorgeous. The blue glass chips are made with a combination of premium vinyl blue substrate and crystal glass. The glass is come out from a high-temperature process, which makes it have a strong impact, not fragile. The color will never fade. Our first base had a small crack in one corner, most likely due to shipping damage. Wayfair immediately replaced it and the 2nd base had stronger packaging material and came in good condition. The drain is very slightly off centered, which is how it was meant to be, but since we were replacing an older base that was centered, the hole and shower drain didn't match up. We purchase a small offset drain attachment which worked perfectly. The base is sturdy and strong and with the rings on the underside for support, it did not need any filling material.
