I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. The Rachael Ray griddle pan is an excellent purchase. The issue with griddle pans is clean up afterwards. Many of them advertise this no stick actually need to be scrubbed clean.
