First glance.. super impressive... great. Turned on, set the temp, all was good. Followed directions and the guide. Put a few cuts (well within the limits)... started noticing condensation collecting inside fridge but the manual said it was "normal" and that it recycles it to help humidity... great, but 8 days in. The back inside panel started to ice up and the temp would not drop below 50 degrees when it was set to 38. I have over 800 dollars of meat in this thing. Had to vacuum seal the meat, put it in my regular fridge, defrost the dry ager and pray it works again and my investment isn't spoiled. I emailed Ca'lefort about the excessive humidity via their website 4 days in... no response. I emailed them about the ice forming, still no response. Let's see if they answer this time.... Jonathan. Still need to get a cabinet made but this little fridge is awesome! Looks great - the french doors are nice, hardware all functions smoothly and feels heavy and of quality. Dual zone temp control is awesome. While not silent, it's pretty dang quiet. Came extremely well packaged with heavy Styrofoam protecting it - though there was a small dent to a back corner. Not a huge deal since a cabinet will hide it and it doesn't impact functionality. Setup is super easy - just attach the door handles. The only minor criticism I have is the blue interior lighting is ONLY at the top. So it only illuminates the top row of whatever you have in it. Not really all that useful in dark settings given that - other than it gives off a cool blue glow. Should have carried the LEDs all along the sides so it fully illuminates contents.
