Slightly better quality that I expected, but I hadn’t thought about the balance of it. We use it for our boots around the property and once it’s out of balance (one pair) it topples over. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. When it rains, our yard gets up to 4 of deep, sticky mud. This boot scraper works great at removing built up mud from boots and shoes.
