It's a nice cabinet and heavy, but not solid oak as we had thought. It's an oak veneer and not all oak veneer in some spots so if you get unfinished staining doesn't work very well, so we had to paint ours. With the exception of one assembly step, this was a straightforward one strong person unpacking and assembly. At one point they want you to have the base stood up on its side so that the pillars can be slid through the holes in the bale. I made a support of the shipping boxes to support the then horizontal heavy pillars parallel to the floor while I attached them. ALSO: do the later steps that require you to work at the bottom while the stand is already on its side. The motor runs smoothly but I haven't attached tho 100" screen to it yet—I don't expect that will be a problem.
