Although the Brabantia has been a product line I can rely on, this pad seemed cheaply made. Instead of a thick string, the string is so small I thought it would break when I tightened it. but it didn’t, perhaps it is a fine nylon. There is only one clip for the middle to hold the cover in place, which I found insufficient. I added two more with twill tape and now it fits snugly and will last a long time. This item is a gift for Christmas so I have not had the opportunity to use the paddles yet. They look very sturdy and well made. Each paddle is nicely wrapped in bubble wrap. The four balls that came with it are as nice as the higher end balls I have. The only problem is that this is a gift and the boxes are totally covered in a thick rust smelling liquid that has dried up all over the box. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily.
