We were missing a couple parts I contacted the company and they made it right. It’s not waterproof in the least. But the worst part is how low it is. I hit my head ALL THE TIME!! Especially when I enter or exit the shed. Other than all of that it’s actually pretty nice. And pretty huge. It wasn’t that hard for us to assemble. This is a great value shed, once assembled it’s sturdy, roomy and stays dry and solid even through severe storms. Assembly is reasonably easy, it took me a day of assembling all the panels by myself then a couple of hours with the assistance of a few family members to erect it. The instructions are ok but could go into a little more detail, however if you read them closely and re-read them, they will tell you what you need to know for pretty much every part. The panels feel quite flimsy when being assembled, however when the shed is fully built they lock together to form a nice sturdy structure. Finally the holes for screwing the panels together don’t always line up perfectly - I ended up using the hole in the top panel as a guide and just punching a new hole through the panel underneath to keep them perfectly aligned. This really isn’t much of a problem at all as long as you have a good cordless drill, and you’d be mad to try to assemble a shed without one anyway. The brace piece between the roof and front panel broke when I was bending it to shape but I’ve requested a replacement from Absco and the shed is still solid without it in the meantime. It could also come with more screws, if you drop a few you’ll end up needing to buy some extras, but that’s only a few $. Overall though these are minor gripes and this is a solid, attractive shed for the price. Just as cheap & flimsy as all the other cheap metal sheds out there, but the only one I could find with 6' tall door for under $1000; I wanted it for working in, not just storage, so that was important to me. Snap together design is convenient for assembly, but unforgiving if anything gets bent or damaged. Door panels have screws connecting lower panel to support brace that end up under upper panel, pretty much guaranteeing the two panels won't stay snapped together. Track parts over door in my kit were slightly off-sized, preventing them from sliding together correctly. After a half-hour of pounding to get it as close as I could, I cut off the mangled ends to get correct length and had to drill new holes (track under door worked just fine). There are a few places where instructions are vague and a wrong guess will result in having to redo things later. There were plenty of screws and bolts, but I was a few plastic washers short and local hardware stores only have more expensive neoprene washers to fill in. I was skeptical when we received this and put it together- There were a couple pieces missing. I love my storage shed!! As long as you follow the directions on YouTube and in the booklet you’ll be fine. It took us a total of 8 hours split between two days. It has a good amount of space! The product arrives in two long, flat boxes. The packing was sufficient for the most part except for the triangular pieces that are part of the roof. They were dented and scratched, but I didn’t think it was worth my time and trouble to try to have them replaced, so I pounded out the dents with a rubber mallet. The flaws are visible, but not as bad as how they came. Each piece of metal is covered with plastic film that should be removed before assembly, which takes a lot of time and patience, but once removed the metal surfaces are very clean with a good coating. Assembly definitely requires two people and several hours since there are over 300 screws, but once assembled, the structure is very solid. I was impressed with the engineering. All of the screw holes lined up and the instructions/diagrams were easy to follow. I built a wooden deck with 2x6 treated joists and treated plywood for the floor and screwed the base to that. Assembly wasn't super difficult but the instructions are only pictures which are small and kind of hard to tell which way certain parts go which led to some redo time on a few things. All holes lined up pretty well except for the window which required drilling new holes. It's nice to have extra light from the window but it looks cheap and a bit cheesy. You will def need 2 people to assemble and reserve half a day to peel the plastic coating off all the parts. Pro tip: it peels better in warmer temps. I also recommend immediately anchoring it. I used the type that has wire cables over the roof amd went side to side instead of front to back so it covers all roofing panels. I would reserve about 2 days for assembly if the plastic coating peeling goes smoothly, longer if not. Also recommend some screening over the vents and maybe spray foam if you have gaps to seal. Jury is out on how it withstands weather but specs say up to 60 mph which is why I chose this over other models.. Renn. FL. Sat May 16 2026

I just put this up, and it has the most detailed instructions I've ever seen! All of the parts were there, everything numbered, everything fit together real well, I also like how you can take the ends of the shelter off and back on, Ididn't put them on from the beginning but I don't think it's going to be a big deal you just got to go up under the collar that comes around the end to keep weather out when you do have the ends on there. I'm not using the anchoring ropes into the ground, taking one to a tree and the other two into the house. I'll just have to wait and see if it can stand up to South Florida weather. The instructions, although detailed, are not good enough. There were many steps that were not clearly explained or the pictures were not clear. After putting screws in, a lot of them fell out during later steps. The skylight is extremely difficult to put in. There are some errors in the instructions like using long screws that would go through the roof if used. Not as strong structurally as it says. Would not have ordered this knowing what I know now..
