They clearly are not quality inspected or controlled. That being said Wayfair customer service was wonderful they offered free home repair or return. They finally sent me the correct piece after a month of AI and human customer service. Not sure which one was worse! Got it, WRONG piece AGAIN! Another month of worthless customer service and I got another correct piece sent out, shipping delayed, order not found, etc... By the time I received it, you guessed it, WRONG AGAIN and this time it was bent so was unusable anyway. It took almost 3 months to get three wrong pieces that every customer service rep (about a dozen including AI) assured would be correct. Before you think why didnt you go somewhere else, this is an unusual size and color that is extremely expensive at other places. Secondary wiring for class 2 transformers does not require conduit sheathed cable or clamp wiring techniques. This transformer has a low minimum load requirement of 1W to allow the use of LED products. Maybe dimmed using an electronic low voltage dimmer.
