This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. Have been wanting a bidet for a while and our bathroom is white, black and gray so I was super happy to find this one in black! It comes with many features including washing, drying, heating and also includes a night light and remote. We were able to get it installed until we can get the part. The features of this toilet are great and you will not be disappointed! It is a great value and worth the effort.
