You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill. Which I’m not an electrician nor have I installed anything so I’m sure someone with those skills would have noticed prior to ordering this. I did get a refund from Wayfair on this product which was so sweet! I ended up buying a 30-amp rangedryer cord from Lowe’s As for now, I’ll rate this 5 stars because it was extremely fast shipping and it’s undamaged. Im currently waiting for the range that I bought this for (from Wayfair as well) but there’s no shipping information on it even though I bought it at the same as this cord.
