We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. DTV+ actually works great, make sure your installer(plumber and electrician read the installation requirements before install. My outlet is a dedicated circuit and running our system with the 6 valve mod., water pressure is set @60psi running an overhead rain shower, 2 separate his/hers wall mounted shower, his/hers separate body sprayers and 1 hand held. Love this outdoor office space. It was simple to put together and follow the instructions. Insulated very well. I installed an LVP floor inside after putting it together. The whole thing took probably 6 hrs with two adults. The only downside (and design flaw) is the window. The outward swinging window doors is the absolute worst. Knowing that people are likely to add an AC/Hearing unit to this, and if they don’t want to put in a mini-split, what’s the next reasonable thing people will put in? A window unit! But guess what?! Because they decided to do a worthless outward swinging two door window, you can’t! The designer of this product failed big time. They should have made the window kit a single hung, up and down slider so almost ANY AC unit could be put in.
