We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. FlexStone Window Sill Trim is made of the same material as FlexStone panels and adds a complementary, finished look to a FlexStone surround. The kit includes four pieces of 48 in. window sill trim and four corner blocks. The FlexStone Window Sill Trim is intended to be used with FlexStone wall surrounds only.

There were a few hairline cracks in the large pieces of Flexstone but the contractor thinks he can work around those. The glue was a total loss but we purchased some locally for our project.(A piece of cardboard at the tips would have saved the glue)the top of the box was smashed. I love the wall molding but was not easy or at least the way I installed was not easy so I gave it 4 stars. I glued them together first and then painted them the color of my wall. The next day I installed them. The larger piece came apart so the glue did not work so I nailed them to the wall.
