We bought this for our 6 year old and she loves it. My husband and I (well, mostly him) put it together ourselves and while it took quite a while (because there's like 8000 pieces to it), the instructions were surprisingly clear. Some of the wood was warped and didn't fit together very we, but with a few tweaks we got it to work. Make sure there's a strong person available on delivery day because the driver needed my husband's help to get it off the truck. No way I would have been able to move those boxes. We researched swing sets for so long. We read so many reviews and stressed over it. We finally went with this one because it had a lot going on but was also compact for our small space. We absolutely love it. It looks incredible. There are so many things to do on it and it looks so beautiful. Someone even asked me if it was the stock photo! So yes, the photo I attached is actually our yard! It took my father four full days to build. He is extremely handy and good at these things so it wasn’t too hard for him, just very time-consuming. I absolutely LOVE this swingset! I would highly recommend it. Quality is incredible and it looks beautiful. This comes in 3 large boxes of parts and a slide. It’s a great idea to lay out all of the wood parts organized by letter and I would also encourage you to lay out all of the hardware by number otherwise you end up looking for parts for quite a while. There are tons of pieces but it goes together really well. I used the Bilt app which is also amazing for when the steps aren’t very clear on the paper directions (you can also use the app to look at a 3D model of any step from any angle which is very helpful). I would also recommend having 2 drills or at least an extra drill battery. I worked on this project for about 16 hours total with help from my dad and husband when extra hands were needed.. Lia. So far I am pretty happy with it. It came 1 week quicker than expected. It comes in 2 very long and heavy boxes and 1 slide. I highly recommend laying out and organizing all the parts ahead of time to save time. I built the steps and rock wall in 1 hour and I am having a friend come to help with the fort.i anticipate this part may take 5 or 6 hours max.
