Just perfection, I love it. I have been looking a several different lights for our side room. I wanted something big and bold but not bulky, also something classic I would still like down the road. Found it! I would say it was a little more difficult to install than the steps made it seem. My husband knows electric and still took us about an hour. I added a larger base at the top that I got somewhere else. It goes under the base of the light to add some more dimension. I really love it so much. The price was incredible, I did lots of research on chandler’s and I still can’t believe how good the price point is (look out for a sale too) The black is a true matte black, I used 40 watt chandler bulbs as they said that’s the highest you can go and it’s nice and bright. Absolutely gorgeous chandelier. The beauty and sparkle on this is amazing. It’s just the right size. It is tedious to put on all the crystals, but they are labeled very well. I did have a few instances where the crystals were not the right size to make it between the candelabras, but I was able to take some of the jewels off one string and put them on another to make one shorter and one longer. A one hour call w/Wayfair, explaining I did not want a new chandelier because already spent $300 on electrician. Wayfair said they would send a replacement part.
