This product is harder to find, it did come in dirty so had to hand clean each unit, 3 out of the 50 units per defective and the magnet that came with the product is not retail user friendly. I had a spare one with handle and it worked so much better. The basic brick style magnet took some play to get unit to unlock. It does the trick but overall quality not as good as I expected. I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. My driveway has now gone through two winters and the sealant is still somewhat effective, but I think I will need to coat it again this fall.. Bryan. Halifax, NS. Thu Mar 26 2026

Caulk colors won't wash out in weather. Apply to seal windows, doors, tub surrounds, kitchen backsplashes, and more. TEC caulk colors are available in 10.3 oz of tubes of sanded and unsanded textures. The sanded caulk is a siliconized acrylic latex formula with a rough texture. This would work well where you are trying to match rougher textured applications such as brick or stone. Unsanded caulk has a smoother finish. Common places to use this siliconized acrylic latex unsanded caulk is against backsplashes in the kitchen, along bathtub surrounds, windows and more. The unsanded tends to be easier to clean because of its smooth surface.

Innovative new approach to Epoxy Mortar that enables a smoother matt finish. Epoxy Elite EVO is a commercial product that can be used as a non-sag setting material and grouting product. Extremely easy to install and maintain (follow specific instructions for this product). 2-part anti-acid epoxy mortar. Part A consists of a mixture of epoxy resin, fine-grain siliceous aggregates, pigments and specific organic additives. Component B consists of an innovative organic catalyst. The 2 parts, once mixed together at room temperature will have a full 60 minutes of application and cleaning time, and forms a creamy mixture with excellent smoothness, also for no-drip vertical application. Once hardened, the product has ultra-high performance in terms of mechanical and chemical resistance. The grout is industrial grade performance even when subjected to enzymatic cleaners and other harsh environments. When applying grout to tile we recommend using The Tile Doctor Green Epoxy Float. This float is specially designed to spread grout into joints when grouting tile with epoxy-based grout.

The Armor WL550 is a penetrating, matte wet look water repellent sealer. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. It will darken the surface to slightly enhance any dull and faded coloring. The Armor WL550 is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

Used this WL550 sealer on a powerwashed 20+ year old patio. This product did a good job reviving some color without the fake looking shine of sealers with glossy finishes. I wouldn't call it a 100% "wet look' when done -- would have preferred a little darker -- but given the age of the patio, the results were pretty good. I used about 2 1/3 gallons to cover 365 sq ft using a pump sprayer. Product had a strong odor, but it dissipated soon after the job.
