The cabinets just need to be adjusted and I feel the packaging could have been better to prevent things from shifting so much, there was no support other than an empty box inside both cabinets, I feel they should replace that with a solid block of styrofoam. One side came with more of a gap between the cabinets and need to be adjusted more than the other side. Bought as a replacement tub for remodel, not a new build space. Actual tub is 18 of inch bigger than dimensions listed and also in the product packaging!!! We had to rip out our drywall and trim down studs to fit it in our replacement tub space 60 inch standard. Tub install directions are thorough explains putting thinsetmortar under tub. Finish is shiny. We bought the drain from Kingston brass, as other ones will not fit under it correctly we found. Can’t wait to have a bath!
